Points
With Points Logic, product recommendations will depend on the cumulative points assigned to a product from the customers' responses.
Instead of opting for an answer path, you will need to allocate a specific number of points to each answer. Doing so will recommend results based on the overall points accumulated from each response.
Within the quiz editor, choose the initial question for point assignment.
Expand all answers for that question by clicking the arrow (►) symbol next to 'Answers.'
Pick the first answer.
On the right side, locate the 'Points' section and assign a numerical value to this answer.
Repeat steps 3 and 4 for all answers and then for each question.
Navigate to the 'Results' page and be sure to save your changes!
Select the initial product for recommendation based on points.
Once the product is chosen, click 'Edit' under the 'Points' column.
A modal popup will appear. Here, you can designate a numerical value range for recommending this product.
In the adjacent 'Type' column, choose from various recommendation types.
