How do I redirect customers to custom URLs?

You have two choices for sending customers to custom URLs instead of the quiz result page:

Using the "Custom Redirect URL" option in answers

If customers pick an answer with a redirect URL, they'll get sent to that URL—but only after completing the quiz, not right away.

If you want an immediate redirect, turn on this feature in the Settings page > General tab > Advanced section.

Using the "URL Redirect" result type:

In your Results settings, choose URL redirect under 'Type'

Set the URL redirect under Recommendation

Don't forget to save!

If customers' choices match the conditions for that result, they'll be directed to the custom URL instead of seeing the content of that result's page.
