Quiz Kit app allows you to add new customers to your desired Klaviyo list. The questions & answers that the customer chose while going through the quiz will be attached to that customer as custom properties!
Navigate to the Integrations page in the left sidebar:
Go to "Email marketing" tab -> "Klaviyo" section and click "Connect":
Create a private API key (make sure to create a key with a full scope), insert it and click "Save":
Navigate to the quiz "Settings" page in your quiz builder and select "Integrations", select Klaviyo list and click "Save"
Also, you can select which custom properties you want to collect from quiz engagements:
The page type "Email capture" is intended to collect the customer's email.
Click on 'Add page.'
Choose 'Email capture' as the page type.
This will display the standard email capture template, which you can customize according to your preferences. In the page settings, you can toggle options such as GDPR, hide the progress bar, or enable the ability to skip the question.
Navigate to Fields > Email.
In the specific field settings, you can then toggle the "Required to submit" setting or enable fake email validation to minimize the submission of fake emails.
Utilize form fields to gather additional information from your customers, such as dates and phone numbers.
Click 'Add page.'
Choose 'Form field.'
Now, pick your field content type from the dropdown:
Text for a short text field
Text area if you're wanting customers to submit larger responses
Date picker
and number for phone numbers or other number-related responses
In order to pass the first name to Klaviyo, add one more field and insert "first_name" value into "Marketing property name" field.
Go to the quiz settings -> Email/SMS and enable "Show email/phone capture form before results"
You are set! From that moment all quiz completions (if email was entered) will be sent to the chosen Klaviyo list. All questions & answers will be set as customer custom properties. You'll be able to create segments based on question answers.
