What is AI Agent?
AI Agent is a chatbot that helps customers find products and collections in your store by answering their questions.
It gets to know each customer, learning their preferences, and guiding them through a shopping experience that feels personal every time they use it.
How does AI Agent know what to recommend?
AI Agent syncs with your store and collects information about your products, collections, pages, and metafields. It uses this data, along with the context of a customer’s question, to suggest relevant items.
How often does it sync?
AI Agent automatically syncs with your store every 3 days to keep its product recommendations up to date.
I changed something on my store, can I manually sync it?
Yes. You can trigger a manual sync at any time from the AI Agent settings panel to immediately update the data used by the chatbot.
How do I exclude certain products from the product recommendations?
You can exclude products during setup under Excluded products, or update your exclusions at any time. After making changes, make sure to re-sync to apply the updates.
What data does AI Agent sync from my store?
AI Agent collects details about your products (like titles, descriptions, tags, variants), collections, pages, and custom metafields to provide accurate answers and recommendations. It doesn't collect data on customer information, orders, or analytics.
Can I see common questions asked to AI Agent?
Yes. You can view past conversations and customer questions in the Logs section.
Can I adjust responses?
No. You can change the tone of voice that the chatbot uses, but you can’t create your own responses.
How much does AI Agent cost?
AI Agent is currently included as a free trial for all paying customers of Quiz Kit. Once our beta of the product launch is finished, we'll provide an update on the pricing plans for the AI agent.
What metrics are being tracked?
We track the following data and events:
Revenue, conversion, click through, add to cart, and top recommended products
Can the AI agent be used alongside my existing storefront chat app?
This feature is coming soon and will allow customers to trigger your internal customer support widget on their own.
