AI Agent analytics
Learn about your AI Agent's analytics and conversion and compare data over time.
You can use the Analytics page in AI Agent to see how your chat assistant is performing. The Analytics page displays metrics such as revenue, conversion rate, click throughs, and add-to-cart events to understand how recommendations impact your store.
You can set a custom timeframe and compare performance to a previous period to track trends over time.
Tip
Metrics are calculated using a 10-day attribution window. This means interactions with recommended products are counted for up to 10 days after they occur.

Accessing your AI Agent Analytics
Steps:
From the AI Agent dashboard, click the Analytics tab.
Optional: To select a timeframe, click Today (calendar icon) and select a timeframe. Your timeframe is automatically compared to the previous, same time frame. (For example, the last 7 days are compared to the 7 days before that.)
Click Apply.
Your analytics are displayed as compared to the comparison timeframe. You can confirm the comparison timeframe by looking beside the calendar picker button, where it says Compare.
Understanding your metrics

Revenue:
The total sales amount generated from products recommended by AI Agent. Revenue is tracked when a customer completes a purchase within 10 days of engaging with a recommended product in the chat.
Conversion:
The percentage of AI Agent sessions that result in an order. Conversion is calculated as: (sessions with orders ÷ total number of sessions) × 100
We track conversions for products that have been recommended, added to the cart, or clicked through within a 10-day attribution window.
Click through:
The percentage representing how often customers click a recommended product in the AI Agent chat to view its product page. This measures interest but does not guarantee the product was added to the cart or purchased.
Add to cart:
The total number of times a product is added to a cart after being recommended by AI Agent. This includes:
In-chat adds: When a customer clicks the Add to cart button directly within the AI Agent chat.
On-site adds: When a customer clicks through to a product page from the chat and then adds the product to their cart.
Add to cart events are tracked within a 10-day attribution window.
Top recommendations
The most popular recommendations, ordered from most often recommended to least. You can see the number of times that product was recommended in the given timeframe you selected.
