Learn about how to track and review AI Agent chat conversations with customers.

In the Conversation logs, you can track and review the AI Agent's chat interactions with customers. See exactly what customers are asking, how AI Agent responds, and which products or collections are being recommended.

You can use this information to identify common questions, improve your product data, and fine-tune AI Agent’s responses over time. You can also filter conversations by date and export logs for deeper analysis or reporting.

View your conversation logs

Steps:

  1. From the AI Agent dashboard, click Logs.

  2. Click the drop-down calendar button, then select the timeframe that you want to view.

  3. Find a conversation you want to review in the list, and click it to expand the section.

Export your conversation logs

Steps:

  1. From the AI Agent dashboard, click Logs.

  2. Click the drop-down calendar button, then select the timeframe that you want to export.

  3. To the right of Agent conversations log, click the down-facing arrow.

  4. Click Export.

The .xlsx file download with your data is initiated.
