The Quiz Kit app is billed on your regular recurring Shopify invoice, which you can access in your Shopify Admin under Settings > Billing.
You can find information about the current plan or plan tier that you're on in your Quiz Kit app's billing section. From the Quiz Kit app menu, click Billing.

If you decide that you want to cancel your Quiz Kit subscription and remove the app, you need to follow the correct steps to fully uninstall the app and avoid any future issue.
Simply deleting the Quiz Kit app leaves residual code in your Shopify theme that can cause problems down the line such as performance issues and complicating future debugging and code maintenance.
Cancelling your app subscription is as simple as uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. However, after you've removed the app, continue with the steps to remove remaining app code.
Caution:
It's critical to understand that app deletion results in the non-functionality of your quiz. To prevent issues, hide the relevant pages or sections of your theme before initiating this process.
Steps:
From the Quiz Kit app dashboard, click the ellipses (...
) on the top-right hand of the page.
From the drop-down menu, click Uninstall.
Review the information, then click the drop-down to select a reason for uninstalling.
Share any feedback that you want, and then click Uninstall.
After uninstalling the app in step 1, the app's code is eliminated from all themes, with the exception of the home page section. You need to hide this section separately.
Steps:
From your Shopify admin, click Online Store.
Find your theme and click Customize.
From the theme editor menu under Apps, click the Quiz Kit section block.
Click Remove block.
Click Save.
