# Sendlane

You can collect customers' data from quizzes using the Sendlane integration.

The questions and answers that the customer chooses during the quiz are attached to that customer's profile as custom properties.

If you’re on a legacy Quiz Kit plan, then this feature is available for the **Middle** plan or higher.

## Connecting Sendlane to Quiz Kit <a href="#connecting-sendlane-to-quiz-kit" id="connecting-sendlane-to-quiz-kit"></a>

**Steps:**

1. From the Quiz Kit dashboard, click **Integrations**.
2. On the **Email marketing** tab, go to **Sendlane** and click **Connect**.
3. Insert your Sendlane **Private** **API key**.
4. Click **Save**.

**Note:**

You need a private API token from Sendlane to integrate with Quiz Kit. You can get it from the Sendlane dashboard > **API** > **+ API Token**.

## Setting up Sendlane to receive quiz submissions <a href="#setting-up-sendlane-to-receive-quiz-submissions" id="setting-up-sendlane-to-receive-quiz-submissions"></a>

**Steps:**

1. From the quiz builder, click **Settings**.
2. Click **Integrations**.
3. From the list of integrations, go to **Sendlane**, and click the drop-down arrow beside it.
4. Under **Available lists**, select the Sendlane list that you want to connect, and click **Save**.

All quiz completions are now sent to the chosen Sendlane list.
