Creating a quiz
Learn how to create a quiz, and the difference between the AI template and blank template options.
After you've installed the Quiz Kit app and selected a plan, you can create your first quiz. You can choose between starting with a blank quiz template or a pre-built template.

Choosing a quiz start method
You can start your quiz three ways:
Blank quiz: Build entirely from scratch, giving you full control over questions, answers, and design.
Pre-built template: Start with an example quiz to save time and inspiration, then customize it as needed.
Both methods take you into the quiz builder to edit, style, and publish your quiz. Here, you only choose how to get started.
Steps:
From the Quiz Kit dashboard, click Create a new quiz.
From the drop down, select one of the following:

Option 1: Build from a blank template
Starting with a blank template offers the most creative freedom in shaping the theme and messaging of your quiz.
If you choose to start with a blank template, then you're directed to the quiz builder page.
Steps:
From the Quiz Kit dashboard, click Create a new quiz > Create a blank quiz.
From the quiz builder, on the left-hand menu, click Introduction. This is the first page your customers encounter during the quiz.
Click on each sub-section (Heading, Subheading, Image, and Button) to familiarize yourself and edit each section. You can also click the section in the quiz preview that you want to edit. Editing options appear on the right-hand side for each sub-section.
Click Add page, then choose Question. In this section, you have the sub-sections:

Answers
Click through each option and its menu settings and adjust as needed. Optional: You can add additional answers by clicking Add answer.
Optional: You can add additional questions by following repeating step 3. You can also choose to add additional pages such as Transition page, Form field, or Email capture.
When you're done, click Save to save your changes.

Option 2: Build from a template
You can use a pre-built template as a starting point for your quiz. Templates provide examples of what’s possible within Quiz Kit and help you get started faster.
After selecting a template, you can customize the questions, answers, results logic, and design settings in the quiz builder.
Steps:
From the Quiz Kit dashboard, click Create a new quiz > Create from a template.
Under each template, you can click:

Use template to start building your quiz in the quiz builder
